Every year Amazon.com releases a list of the cities that are buying up the most books, magazines and newspapers via their website.
According to TIME:
“The company says the rankings were determined “by compiling sales data of all book, magazine and newspaper sales in both print and Kindle format since June 1, 2012, on a per capita basis in cities with more than 100,000 residents.”
Way to go Southeast! Of the twenty cities listed seven were in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina combined.

According to News Blaze:
AALBC.com’s website’s traffic ranking, on a per capita basis, the number of visitors from cities with more than 200,000 residents.
