In my first ever cover model spotlight I present Rico King. He’s the model on two of my covers, the reissue of HOT LIKE FIRE and the upcoming WANT, NEED, LOVE–he’s also on the reissue of Brenda Jackson’s PERFECT TIMING. Three covers? Go, Rico, go, Rico, go!
As romance readers the covers are so important and many times the readers never get a chance to a put a name to the face (or the abs!) I thought you all would like a little more info on Rico and here it is in his own words:
I like to think of myself as someone who enjoys the simple pleasures in life such as laughter and good company. With that said, my ideal first date would start of with grabbing dinner at my favorite restaurant in NYC called Virgil’s BBQ. After enjoying some of the best comfort food the city has to offer, we would catch a comedy show at any local comedy club (the best way to get comfortable with your date!) and share some laughs. To end the evening, my date and I would stroll along the waterfront with the city lights in the background and talk about the night; hopefully leaving each other with a good-night kiss to dream about.
In my free-time, I like to edit videos, talk about music, and work-out. My favorite foods are cheese, sushi, and filet mignon (not all at the same time of course). I like women of all shapes, sizes, and colors (as long as they can cook!). The way to my heart is a good meal. =)
