ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please use the order form at the bottom of the page. Be sure to fill it out completely and check the box for each book you want before hitting SUBMIT. You will be sent a PayPal invoice via e-mail. Because we hold the books once the order is received, we must limit it to two (2) days from the date of the invoice for payment to be made. Thanks for your understanding.
